A quiet, secure home for JSAC's drawings, models, renders and quotes — organized by project, opened by role, and protected by the owner's approval.
The filebase is the studio's cabinet: every project has its own drawer, every role has its own key, and every request goes across the owner's desk before a lock turns.
Every login is fitted to a role — Designer, Fabrication, Sales, Owner. The key opens the drawer that belongs to that hand, and no other.
Files are grouped by project, not by inbox thread. Open a project and it opens like a real drawer: labeled, indexed, contained.
Uploads never overwrite: they layer. The current sheet sits on top, older revisions rest beneath — restorable, comparable, present.
A file doesn't just arrive — it moves through quarantine, a virus scan, compression, canonical renaming, and encrypted storage before it is ever visible.
Confidential files stay locked until a viewer requests access. The owner reviews with context, grants a time-boxed key, and the door opens — for that viewer, for that window, and then closes itself again.
Every record — an upload, a request, a decision, an open — links to the one before it with a signed hash. Any break is visible. Any silence is a signal.
